Distance is 200 or 220 km depending on route taken and takes about 4.5 hours. There are two routes to get there (in order of preference)
Delhi-Gurgaon-Dharuheda-Riwari-Narnaul-Singhana-Chirawa-Pilani
This is a new road, smooth and almost two lanes and a shade more!!!! Highly recommended if anyone is planning to drive down. This is the road that all Travel agencies takes. Be sure to stop for some outstanding tea on the way.
Delhi-Gurgaon-Sultanpur-Farruknagar-Jhajjar-CharkhiDadri-Loharu-Pilani This is shortest and traffic free road . Road condition is excellent and save a lot of time. But this road should not be used during night time because of safety reasons, during day time no issue and best among all the three routes.
Delhi-Rohtak-Bhiwani-Loharu-Pilani.
Almost govt buses takes this route but not a suggested one if you are travelling with your own car.
