Smt. Janki Devi Mandelia School was founded 73 years back as a small institution to educate the girls of Pilani and nearby areas. It started with five students in the idyllic atmosphere of Pilani at the initiative of the great industrial and educationist & philanthropist Honorable Late Syt. Durga Prasadji Mandelia.

With the changing scenario and to meet the up-coming needs of the present world. Syt. S.K. Mandeliaji with the blessings of Pujya Dadaji founded Smt. Janki Devi Mandelia School at Pilani to expand its academic benefits to the boys and girls.

At present, the Mandelia institutions impart education to its students from Nursery to Post Graduation.

Smt. Janki Devi Mandelia School is a progressive institution equipped with facilities that are necessary to impart quality education and excellence in all fields to inspire students to be morally upright and possess qualities of integrity, truthfulness & honesty. Not only this we develop patriotic, social & ethical values among students for developing responsive citizenship.

Aim

The school aims at creating global citizens by providing secure and caring Co-Education environment, imbibing the values necessary to realise their potential and make a positive contribution to society. The school fosters academic excellence irrespective of caste, creed and colour, in an atmosphere of purity, efficiency, discipline and fraternity.

CURRICULUM:

The School follows central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum. Well qualified teachers put in their all efforts for the academic excellence of the students. Our curriculum is a challenging one, encouraging students to work hard with increasing independence. The medium of instruction is ENGLISH and the school eventually provides education to both boys and girls from Nursery to XII.

The new National Education Policy (NEP) is based on four pillars which are Access, Equity, Quality & Accountability.

In this new policy there will be a 5+3+3+4 structure which comprises 12 years of school & 3 years of pre- school.
