Rules for Admissions,Fee & others

(A.) Fees collection norms
The fees will be collected strictly as per the following norms:

  1. Tuition fees shall be collected from July to December of the Academic year in two installments as per the fee schedule.
  2. The complete fees for a year or Session can also be submitted in one installment.
  3. The miscellaneous fees prescribed shall be collected along with the first installment.
  4. Subsequent installments shall be collected as notified on or before the due date for each class, (if the specified last day for fee collection is a holiday fee due will be collected on the next working day).
  5. If the fee is not remitted within the due date then, the students name will be put on notice board and such students will not be permitted to attend the classes and access to college campus shall be denied.
  6. All dues need to be paid before the submission of University Final Examination form for the current session otherwise the forms of such students will not be approved.
  7. A defaulter who does not clear all the dues shall not be promoted to higher class or presented for the University Examination.
  8. A student admitted for one term/session will have to remit the tuition fee for that term and the miscellaneous fees in full at the time of admission.
  9. No fees will be waived off or reduced in case of Leave of Absence (LOA).
  10. A written notice shall be sent to the defaulter(s) and postal charges will be collected from them.
  11. As per University Theory Exam results, If any student is declared fail in any class, then according to the University Norms , He/ She will have to appear only in final theory Papers/Exam of the current Session and is declared as Ex- student. For such Ex-students 50% of the Tuition fees shall be charged on the condition that he or she attends regular theory classes. further no fees will be charged from Ex-student who do not attend theory classes in the current session.
  • Rules regarding Students with Scholarships :

    Students entitled to benefit from scholarships from Government or Private agency need to Pay the prescribed college fees on or before the due date and not as and when they receive the fees from the respective source.

(B.) Tuition Fees Refund Criteria - Fees will be refunded to the candidates on the basis of following criteria/clause

Clause 1: A written application duly signed by the Guardian is mandatory for withdrawal and refund of fees.

Clause 2: No fees will be refunded after 2 months attendance of the concerned student in the college.

Clause 3: Minimum 2 months fees will be deducted in any condition /criteria of withdrawal.

  1. Provisional Admission criteria: If the candidate seeks Provisional Admission in next Class and has a supplementary in previous class which he/she is unable to clear then the fee will be refunded after deduction of tuition fee according to the number of classes attended by the student on monthly basis.
  2. Change of Stream (Course): The student who seeks admission in B.Sc. (Faculty of Science) and later on shifts to B.A. / B.Com. degree or vice-versa and has paid the fees then the difference amount will be settled as per the respective course fee.
    Note :
    1. Change of Stream will be permitted as per the guidelines specified by the Shekhawati University time to time.
    2. Admission will be granted as per the Admission Policy for the Sessionof the University or Directorate of College Education , Jaipur.
    3. Last date for the New Admissions in UG and PG Courses will also be decided according to the guidelines/ Schedule specified by the Shekhawati University.
  3. Medical condition: In case of medical condition (illness, pregnancy conditions or any other) no fees will be refunded to the candidate in the current session. However, the fees will be adjusted in coming session only for the concerned students. The submission of Medical Certificate from Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Govt. Hospital is compulsory.
  4. Disciplinary action: In case disciplinary action is taken against any candidate then no fees will be refunded.
  5. Midsession withdrawal: If any candidate withdraws from the college in midsession just before the due date for the payment of II installment then no fees will be refunded to the candidate.
  6. Economic conditions: If any candidate is unable to continue his/her studies due to Poor Financial conditions then refund of fees to be done which will be verified by a committee consisting of Principal, Treasurer and Secretary.
  7. Adjustment in Fees: A candidate who discontinues his/her studies due to medical or any reason in the current session and recontinues after one or two years his/her fees will be adjusted accordingly. He/she will have to pay the difference fees if any.
  1. A student, who wishes to leave the College, must apply in writing countersigned by the parent/guardian.
  2. If a student is withdrawn, the fees paid (except caution money) are not refunded to the guardian/student.
  3. Students are accepted for admission on the understanding that they will remain in the College for the entire year

DISCIPLINE

The students will strictly observe the rules and regulations that the institute may frame from time-to-time regarding minimum standards of academic performance, discipline, and attendance etc, required for satisfactory completion of the program of studies. The institute reserves the right to rusticate a student for the course if her performance or conduct is found unsatisfactory. If any violation is noticed the institute reserves the right to take suitable disciplinary action including expulsion from the college

SESSION

  1. The College academic session begins as announced by Affiliating University from year-to-year.
  2. During each session a candidate must attend at least 75% of the lectures delivered and practical held in each subject to appear in University examination at the end of each year.

LEAVE RULES

  1. Residential scholars will not be allowed any leave to go home except in summer or winter vacation announced by the University.
  2. Leave application should be invariably signed by the father/guardian of the student and recommended by the warden and finally granted by the Principal.
