SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

It is compulsory for all the students to participate in each and every activity of the school including Tours and Treks.

Students are supposed to maintain a high decorum in the school as well as outside the school (especially during the outings).

The parents will authorize the Principal and his/her local parents and also authorize to take necessary decision on their behalf in case of emergency operation of any such condition where permission is needed but cannot be obtained in time.

The school will not be liable to compensate any claim arising through illness, accident or any other cause.
- A student will not be allowed to spend from his/her personal account if the same is in debit balance.
- The Principal is fully empowered to remove a student from school and hostel in the event of:-
- Indiscipline and disregard to school rules.

His/her behavior found to be a bad influence on other students.

His/her academic performance being very weak.
-
Damage to school property and loss of library books will be borne by the student.

All parents will sign an agreement with the school at the time when their ward joins the school.

The Parents/Guardians will be bound by the school rules, which may be changed from time to time. In all matters of dispute, the decision of the Principal will be binding on the parents/guardians.

All disputes come within the jurisdiction of Jhunjhunu/Chirawa court.

Duplicate TC after 10 years will not be issued.
WITHDRAWALS
A student can be withdrawn from the school at the end of an academic year. For this purpose, the guardian should give a notice in writing to the Principal by 15th March. A student is accepted for admission on the understanding that he/she will remain in the school for the entire year. Hence, if a student is withdrawn during the academic session on the initiative of guardian, fees paid are not refunded to the guardian. Only adjustable amount will be refunded after deducting the dues/expenditures of the student.
LEAVE RULES

The students are not allowed to go home during the term.
- The students may be allowed three days leave for the wedding of real brother or sister. This leave will not be granted during examinations, camps or festivals.
- Leave may be granted for special treatment on the advice of Chief Medical Officer.
- For all types of leave, a written request should be made to the Principal by the parents or guardian in advance. No leave will be granted on student’s request or request made through telephone.
- The parent must note the date and time when a student is to return after leave. If a student does not return on due date his/her name will be struck off the rolls and he/she may not be allowed entry back to the hostel and the school.
- A student detained due to some disease has to produce medical certificate on return to the school.
- Attendance is compulsory on the first and last day of the session.
